Much to our dismay construction at our first builds have been interrupted temporarily. That however doesn’t mean progress is halted. The building industry forges ahead as do we. Acquiring properties and operating a construction schedule is only a part of our strategy. While we handle permitting necessities on the Legacy Build Project, we are furthering our attention on the Ishkooda Corridor Development.
We remain dedicated to our growing vision in western Birmingham. Both commercial and residential interests are our highest priorities, as such. Though delays happen, we are not detoured from the seizing the opportunities the city provides.
For the time being this means shifting to a more expansive view of construction and property development. Reaching into some surrounding municipalities and statewide opportunities, we have decided and are preparing to join the ranks of the licensed and expand our offerings and capabilities.
