Let me begin by wishing you and all our partners a Blessed and Favored New Year.
That being said, one door closes on the old, another one opens to the new and hopefully improved – definitely revised though. We dare say a historic renovation even. That’s how we feel about this New Year and that’s what we’re delivering. A historic and new revision of things to come.
There’s no secret to our strategy of buying and renovating. This year we start full scale construction and community building. RT Builds is in the buildings business and we’re set to reprogram our building sites and build (neighborhood) goals.
Things have been unusually tough in the construction industry. Made tougher by the systematic shenanigans of people established in the business. But that’s where faith comes in. It steps up and work begins to turn things around. We have relied on our faith in people building and now we’re seeing the reward. Pauses in our two western area projects notwithstanding. We have added a third to the vision and a fourth and fifth on the way. And this year we’re finally clearing the rough to see them done.
RT Builds and RTS Investments is clearing the ground and sowing the seeds, changing the landscape, on all our properties. With new partnerships, and private development capital, we are taking our influence and the fruit of faith backed by a genealogy of believers and workers; people who made great strides in this world. Despite the tests, despite the setbacks – we are doing big things because big things need to be done. We are working to take this city forward and improve the western area of Birmingham.
And expanding our build area to help our city and state become the vision it is meant to be.
